OX Tasks provides everything you need to create, manage, and complete daily or long-term tasks

Creating new tasks and updating existing items is easy, just complete two fields: Subject and Description.
For more complex projects, you can expand the form and add more details, including start and due date, reminders, progress, quick notes, etc.

Intuitive to Use

  • Tasks are grouped on the left by type - individual tasks, shared tasks and public tasks
  • You can also create folders to better group tasks. To see more details for a particular task, just click on it

Organize Work and Life

  • OX Tasks is a smart tool that lets you easily organize your own to-dos or those of your teams. Simply create a task, specify the due date and set reminders
  • If you need to collaborate with somebody else, just assign a task to them. Add a description and other details so you can easily keep track of progress
